The past days the QuCoLiMa iRTG had their final meeting. They used the time to present and discuss results obtained over the past years of QuCoLiMa. Apart from presentations by doctoral researchers, there were also great talks by
– Joachim von Zanthier,
– Ferdinand Schmidt-Kaler, and
– Daniele Fausti
sharing their newest results and their personal story with QuCoLiMa.
The highlight was a solemn ceremony at the Orangerie, with wonderful live music from the music duo Wulli & Sonja, a great concluding speech by Kai Phillip Schmidt, the speaker of the RTG and speaker of the FAU LMQ, and the handing out of the certificates for the RTG members. While it was the last meeting of the iRTG, it was a great time remembering the past years and discussing physics.
